The Berkley Shakey Head Worm should be fished on a shakey head with fairly light line. Most pros throw this lure on a 6 ½ to 7’ light or med/light action spinning rod with 8 or 10 lb line. Fish the lure slowly and don’t be afraid to just keep it in one spot and shake your rod. The idea is to allow the tail to stand up and wiggle while the bass decides to eat it. One HUGE ADVANTAGE of the Berkley worm is that the fish will bite it and hold on. Be confident in this lure and you can catch as many fish from the back of the boat as from the front.
